Cycle QLD - Yeppoon to Bundaberg 2010

CYCLE QUEENSLAND 2010 - Pedal away from the everyday

  • 9 days, 570km, 1500 friends
  • Yeppoon to Bundaberg
  • Saturday 4 September to Sunday 12 September 2010

Explore the Capricorn Coast, Callide Valley and North Burnett with their welcoming locals and rural townships full of character. Ride on quiet country roads under blue skies on warm sunny days.

  • Why do it? For some it's a challenge, for others it's an adventure but for many it's simple - 9 days, 570km, 1500 friends.

Don't worry about cooking meals, transporting luggage or navigating from town to town because all your needs are taken care of by our support crew.

Each day we dish up three delicious cyclist-sized meals and provide hot showers, entertainment, a place to relax, and much more. Cycle Queensland is all about having a good time - after all, you're on holidays.

You can do it!

If you are moderately fit, then you can do this ride. Just make sure you get out on your bike as much as you can in the lead up to CQ10 so you can easily manage the daily average of 72km and still have some energy left over to enjoy the nightlife.

Ride at what ever pace you want. It doesn't matter if it takes you two hours or all day to pedal between each campsite. On Cycle Queensland you'll never be on your own. We have marshals, mechanics and First Aiders on the route as well as food and rest stops. There's even a SAG bus just in case you (or your bike) can't quite make the distance.
